What are the event dates & times?

Scale Legacy VIP Activity: Thursday, May 9th. 6:00PM - 9:00PM at Top Golf (9500 Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ 85256). 
*Note: This is for 2nd year Scale Mastermind Clients and beyond. 

Day 1: Friday, May 10th. Registration and networking is from 8:30AM-9AM. Day 1 runs from 9am-5PM.

Scale Mastermind Mixer: Friday, May 10th. 7:30PM - 10:00PM at Optima Kierland party room (7140 East Kierland Blvd, Scottsdale).  

Day 2: Saturday, May 11th. Check-in and networking is from 8:30AM-9AM. Day 2 runs from 9am-4PM.

Where is the event venue?

Human Connections Institute (9096 E Bahia Dr STE 106, Scottsdale, AZ 85260). It is about 30 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. 

IMPORTANT: Yes, we have a new venue for 2024 and it is NOT Venue8600. 

Which airport do I fly into?

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Where should I stay?

Book your hotel or AirBnB in North Scottsdale, Arizona. The closer you are to the event venue, the better. Our recommendation based on proximity would be the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess (5-star) or the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains (4-Star) or the Hilton Garden Inn (3-Star). 

Note: We do not have room blocks or discounts available at this time. 

 What transportation options are there?

We recommend downloading either the Uber or Lyft app for your transportation needs during the event. 

 What should I wear?

There is no formal dress code for the event. Our meeting room WILL be on the cool side though, so plan accordingly and bring an additional sweater, wrap, or jacket. 

 Will food be provided?

We will provide coffee, water and light snacks. Additionally, we will cater lunch and do our best to address various dietary constraints. Note: Please let us know at least 2-weeks in advance if you have a dietary restriction or we may not be able to accommodate you. 

Can I bring my spouse or business partner?

Yes. You are permitted to bring one (1) guest free of charge which you can specify when you RSVP. If you would like to bring additional guests please contact us.
